I have been practicing and innovating at the crossroads of sex therapy and Internal Family Systems for over fifteen years. I have explored my own system, guided hundreds of clients through sexual healing and transformation, and trained over a thousand professionals internationally in the unique concepts and processes that I have developed to cultivate Self-Led Sexuality. I love this work, and I love supporting clinicians who have a passion for helping their clients to access the aliveness, healing, pleasure, creativity, connection, fulfillment, and authentic consent and relationship that this process can bring.
I have also recognized that there are many competencies that clinicians need in order to practice sensitively and responsibly in this intimate area of life, especially when working with clients who have complex internal and external systems. We need to have a high level of self-awareness, clarity regarding ethics and boundaries, refined IFS skills, access to our own Self Energy, familiarity with internal and external sexual landscapes, core knowledge about human sexuality, and exposure to diverse sexual identities and forms of expression. It is also important to have opportunities for supervision and consultation, and to be part of a professional community for support and inspiration.
I am excited to offer this next level of clinical consultation for professionals who aleady have a depth of knowledge in IFS and/or Sexuality. I am launching monthly groups which are designed to support people who are pursuing certification through the IFS Institute and/or AASECT, as well as for people who are already certified or are not on a certification track but are interested in consultation, support, and community.
Prerequisites
These groups are for licensed, IFS-informed or trained therapists.
NOTE: These groups are not a comprehensive introduction to the Self-Led Sexuality Model but rather a place for clinical consultation.

Our monthly 2 hour meetings will include some combination of the following:

Teaching moments
Participant presentations and discussion of a case or professional issue

Meets criteria to count toward consultation hours for IFS Institute Certification for pre-approved participants.

Meets criteria to count toward consultation hours for IFS Institute Certification and for AASECT Sex Therapist Certification for pre-approved participants.

*Please check the dates in advance as there will not be fee adjustments based on missed meetings. Sessions will be recorded, however, live attendance of these small groups is strongly encouraged and will be the only way for hours to count toward certification.
