I'm a Certified IFS Therapist and Consultant,

AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor, Speaker, Trainer and Guide.

I have a passion for bringing compassion to the parts of ourselves that may be sexually burdened, exiled, oppressed or neglected. I teach a process that clears a pathway toward consensual, authentic, fulfilling, and expansive sexual Self expression.

But I did not start out knowing how

to help people to develop a healthy relationship with their own sexuality.
